DELIVERY INFORMATION
The delivery charges include the cost of packaging required to get your items to you safely. Wherever possible we try to use recycled packaging and avoid the use of plastic, but occasionally there is no sensible alternative.
Every effort is made to ensure that delivery is within a maximum of 10 business days. If delivery will be longer, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date.
For most orders we use Royal Mail.
EXCEPTIONS TO DELIVERY SERVICE
For exceptional or custom orders which are unusually large and/or heavy, delivery charges may be different. If this is the case, we will contact you before your order is finalised.
DELIVERY COMPANY ‘FAILED DELIVERY’ EMAIL SCAM
None of the delivery companies will ever ask you for any payment for redelivery of a parcel. If you are in doubt, please contact us.
ORDER NEVER ARRIVED
If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated time, be sure to contact us right away.
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect and the product has been returned to us, we will refund the cost of the purchase excluding shipping. If the product has been delivered to an incorrect address and gone missing, no refund will be made.
If the shipping address was correct but your purchase has not arrived, please get in touch at info@creativequine.co.uk noting your order number and we will endeavor to provide assistance.
Return & Exchange Policy
DAMAGED ITEMS
If an item arrives to you damaged, please take photos and get in touch with us within 14 days and we will try to put things right.
CHANGED YOUR MIND? (ONLINE ONLY)
If you ordered online and find the product not to be as described, please get in touch within 14 days to arrange a return and refund. Please note that products will need to be returned unused and in their original packaging within 28 days and that you will be responsible for return postage costs. Please be sure to get proof of postage for any returns.
A full refund (excluding shipping) will be issued as soon as the goods are received and inspected. If an item is returned to us outside of the twenty-eight day time frame or is in a non-resaleable condition refund or credit note may be issued at the discretion of Creative Quine.
If an order is returned to us by post or courier company then we will cancel your order and refund you.
Custom orders are non-refundable.
